Russell Solomon Is A Fitness Expert
Russell Solomon is a fitness expert, celebrity trainer, health coach, martial artist, author, TV personality, and public speaker. Most importantly, though, he is a man who wishes to share with the world his passion for eating properly and exercising strategically in order to live a healthier life. Solomon is an internationally-recognized speaker who frequently shares with his audiences his personal experiences.
Solomon is both a leader in his industry and a self-made entrepreneur. This was not always the case, though. He was, at one time in his life, an overweight underachiever who experienced both pain and despair due to his physical condition. Through exercise and proper eating habits, Russell Solomon was able to excel in sports, as well as academics. He worked his way through college and earned degrees in both marketing management and communications. During the course of the last two and a half decades, Russell Solomon has dedicated himself to helping others transform their lives.
Solomon’s fitness philosophy and training system has been very successful commercially. He his commercial outreach includes online exercise and nutrition programs, exercise videos, a DVD library of custom-designed workouts that numbers in the hundreds, the “I Trainer” fitness app for the iPhone, and even an Xbox 360 video game called “Your Body is a Temple”. Solomon also teaches his fitness classes at a number of resorts in the United States, with more locations due to open worldwide.
